Whipped Feta with Roasted Garlic

Creamy and smooth Whipped Feta with Roasted Garlic is easy to prepare and will impress even the toughest critics at your next dinner party!  Serve with toasted baguette crisps or along side your favorite roast vegetables!

Ingredients

  • 1 head roasted garlic *see notes
  • 1 cup Feta (200g)
  • 1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 block cream cheese (62 grams)
  • 1/8 tsp kosher salt
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Place feta in a food processor and pulse until broken into small pieces.

  2. Add Roasted garlic, cream cheese, olive oil, lemon and salt to the food processor and blend until smooth.  2-4 minutes.

  3. Serve on baguette crackers.  Top with tomatoes, olives and sauteed shallots to make this appetizer over the top!

    Thinly sliced baguette loaf lightly brushed both sides with olive oil and baked until crispy. Topped with whipped feta!
