Spinach and Egg Breakfast Wrap

I love this spinach and egg breakfast wrap it tastes so much like Starbucks breakfast wrap! It's so delicious, healthy, and FILLING! Which is exactly what I want for breakfast!

Ingredients

  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/3 cup Spinach *sauteed
  • 1 Tbsp Feta *crumbled
  • 2 Tbsp Roasted Red Peppers
  • 1 Tsp Sweet Chili Sauce *Optional
  • 1 Whole Wheat Wrap

Instructions

  1. Take out frozen spinach and either thaw a bit in the microwave for 30 seconds or place in a covered frying pan with a tsp of water until thawed and warm.  Just make sure to drain any leftover liquid before adding the eggs.

  2. Next I added the eggs and scrambled until the eggs were almost cooked through.

  3. Then I added the roasted red peppers and feta just until they were heated up and when eggs are cooked through I placed them in the center of a whole wheat wrap.

  4. Add any sauces you desire or a bit of salt and pepper and wrap the bottom up and the sides over like a burrito! Enjoy for a quick, healthy and wholesome morning breakfast!
