Why Grill Corn on the Cob?

Grilling corn on the cob during the summer months is excellent for many reasons.  If you don’t want to heat up your house it can be grilled on your barbecue at the same time as accompaniments.

If you are feeding a crowd and were not quite sure how to go about getting it all done!  I can fit tons of cobs on the whole barbecue at the same time.

It also adds a ton of flavour!  I tried boiling cobs and then barbecuing cobs out of the same package of corn.  The amount of flavour and sweetness that came from the barbecued corn was amazing!

Now that you know how to grill corn simple and effective you’re ready to grill away and not worry about burnt dried out corn cobs!
