I am Holly, the content creator and photographer behind Just a Dash.  There is something so satisfying about being able to bake something to life from scratch using a little of this and a dash of that!  Creating new baking using Grandmas recipes as inspiration where all the measurements call for pinches and dashes and “some,” truly makes it exciting!  I will try and take out all the guesswork for you!
